Our company specializes in processing of sunflower husks and producing of fuel briquettes, pellets and crushed husks of European level. Production capacities of our company allow from 1000 to 1500 ton of production per month to be produced.
We have been on the biofuel market since 2008 and our products are well-known not only within the territory of Ukraine but also outside the country (Poland, Germany). Company Bio-fuel is a major exporter, also solid and reliable partner in the supply of briquettes, pellets, and crushed husks.

Briquette
- is used in solid fuel boilers, hand fed boiler installations that operate on all types of solid fuel.
Pellet
- is used in solid fuel boilers, self-feeding boiler installations into the furnace. Boiler installations can be of different directions - cogeneration systems, elevator-type dehydrations, individual heating of business enterprises and private households and others.
Crushed husk
- is used at large enterprises, integrated iron-and-steel works, in gas boiler installations for gas replacement. Jointly with gas injection into the furnace in the ratio of 60% of gas and 40% of crushed biomass.

For the consumer: the saving of warehouses is the biggest bottleneck, because briquette / pellets are stored compactly and they can be delivered as and when necessary.

Saving on a per gas basis – in 2 times ( 2 tons of briquette / pellet equal to 1000 m2 of gas). 1 ton of briquette / pellet consistent with 4-4,2 GJ of heat. 1 thousand m2 of gas consistent with 6,5-8 GJ of heat depending on calorie content of gas.
Saving on a per wood basis – in 2,4 times ( 1 tons of briquette / pellet equal to 4 m2 of hardwood (oak, beech, acacia) with moisture less than 15% (dry)).
Saving on a per coal basis – 25-40 % depending on ash content and moisture of coal.
Combustion properties of pellet– working moisture – 9,5%; ash content – 3,2%; density – 97,9 kg./m2; minimum combustion heat – 17,4 MJ/kg., maximum – 21, 87 MJ/kg.

The cost of products is determined depending on market condition, packing (1000-1500 kilogram Big Bags / 35-40 kilogram small bags) and amount (lot).

*Pellets and briquettes are made from sunflower husk with moisture of 8%, it reduces its cost, but its heat conductivity and characteristic exceed the efficacy of wood pellets and briquettes.
